To all our customers:

  1. We are not responsible for items left over 60 days.

  2. 50% of the cost of the alteration is required before completing the work.

  3. Each alteration or confection is guaranteed seven working days.

  4. Once the client has decided what alteration or confection he wants to be made and then the work is completed, he has the guarantee period to make any change or rectification in the alteration. But if the clothing that is altered or made is brought back and is out of the warranty period, the new alteration will carry additional costs.
